LecDeck is a weekly youth-specific and versatile discipleship tool with a weekly session for engaging young people in God’s word.
Each session contains a Bible reading selected from the principal service, thought provoking questions, prayer focus, a weekly challenge and quotable quotes to stimulate thought, discussion, learning and application.The new LecDeck app now puts the resource on your phone and requires little to no planning and preparation.
It has the potential to be used in multiple ways and place; youth groups, homegroups, Christian Unions, families at home, personal study, or even given to young people to use independently in a pew.It is hoped that it will help young people to find depth and meaning in the lectionary readings and will help them to grow deeper in their relationship with God.Years A & B are available right now with year C arriving late 2021LecDeck was created by the Diocese of Bristol and the Diocese of Bath and Wells.
